TOMS Shoes c/o The AosA Project
There’s something inspiring about those who go above + beyond
Who work within our communities to effect change.
They tell a story that might not ever be heard,
And share it with the world.
For some of these people, their story is all they have.
Many live without food, shelter, clothing or even sight.
Without someone to share their story, they would continue to be lost
Unheard
and the brokenness would continue.
I’m sure many of you are familiar with TOMS Shoes.
They are no stranger to my blog.
I’ve often shared of my love for their purpose + goals.
The ONE for ONE model is one that has changed many lives over the years.
It’s encouraging + for these people whose stories are being shared…
life altering
in the best kind of way.
There’s another story I want you to hear.
The story of a man, who opened a store in Huntington Beach.
He opened it with the sole goal of finding ways to create social + eco awareness.
To help amazing organizations doing heroic things for others
Have a space they could call home.
A place where people could come, see their products and
hear how they are changing lives through each purchase.
After hearing the amazing story behind this store,
Cristina + I knew we wanted to host an event where others come come
hear these stories
see the amazing products that are changing
one life at a time.
To expose you to the goodness they are doing.
So we’d love to invite you to be apart of an event we’re hosting.
