Hey friends, welcome to Coffee Date [week 60]! Can I just say how much I love that we all come together week after week?! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I’ve had a couple of people mention that you enjoy the prompts for coffee date and I’d love to hear some of the things y’all would love to talk about.
As I mentioned, I made a few, fun changes to my sponsorship + I’d love for you to check them out. And if you’re in the Southern California area, I’d love to see you at The AoSA Project event on March 9th.
If we were having coffee, what would you tell me?

Hi + welcome to my little spot in the blogesphere.
I'm so glad you stopped by.
My name is Alissa + I'm the fun-loving, chocolate addict, coffee drinking

I hope you’ll pop around and stay for a while.

way to go for keeping up even though it hurts! Good news is I promise it gets better. The first few weeks of going from not really working out to working out hard – regardless of the workout- hurts. BUT it gets better… or maybe it’s just that YOU get better at it!

I love a good workout!, even if it hurts at first. 2 years ago I did p90x and lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks just from that workout. (I should get on that again). I thought it was so cute when you said you are a coffee drinker, not a water drinker

Hi friend!
#1: I. LOVE. YOU. The whole time I’m watching your vlog, I’m nodding and going, “uh-huh”
{yeah, still doing it in the cubicle too – sh!}
#2: Minute 2:00 to a little after 3:44, I think you channeled my exact thoughts about exercising. Why can’t the results of all this soreness and working out happen immediately. Patience is the hardest thing for me.
#3: Not a water-drinker, either. Um, that’s why we’re friends, right?
#4: Can. Not. Wait. until March 9th. It’s going to be a great night:):)
Happy Friday!

What you said about exercising cracks me up because I am so bad at getting started and keeping up with it. It’s so cold here and we have so much snow, I don’t want to do anything outside, and it’s hard to get motivated in the house. Keep up the hard work though! You’ll be so proud you did!

I’m a bit sore too. I worked out with a trainer the other day. Oh my! Wish I could do the trainer thing every week.

I am normally a total gym rat but since we havent been able to get a gym membership I am taking some classes at a local church and its great but I miss going everyday. Keep at it and be sure you are stretching everyday. It helps with the soreness, promise! Keep up with the water and find some good post workout snacks to eat right afterwards. That helps alot!
